Cod "Bacalao" Croquettes, 12 pcs

The Portuguese traditional snack " Bolinhos de Bacalhau ", which is often eaten during the day, is also served when guests gather. The croquettes are made using aged salted cod " Bacalao" , which gives the croquettes an exceptional structure and bright taste. Potatoes are also used in the composition, which balances the texture and taste.

Making croquettes is really simple. Fry without defrosting in very hot oil (180ºC) for 3 to 4 minutes. It is best cooked in a toaster oven, but can also be cooked in a pan.

It is so delicious that there is a risk of eating all the croquettes at once!
