Claims & Returns


Claims and product return procedures are regulated in accordance with the Resolution No. 697 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of 11 June 2001, the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, and other applicable laws.

1. Return Conditions

  • Products of unsatisfactory quality that are not perishable, or products of good quality that the Buyer does not like due to shape, size, color, or completeness, may be returned or exchanged.
  • Claims must be submitted within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.

2. Perishable Goods

If the claim concerns perishable goods (e.g., food products that must be refrigerated), the Buyer must contact us no later than 72 hours after delivery.

Please include the following with your claim:

  • A photo and/or video of the product
  • A written explanation describing the issue with the product

3. Other Important Notes

  • If the claim is submitted late and/or without visual evidence, the Seller is not obliged to review the claim in favor of the Buyer.
  • The color, shape, or size of goods may slightly differ from how they appear on screen – this is not considered a defect.
