Salt or liquid smoke injections were never used in the smoking process of this trout. This method, cultivated by Norwegian artisans, gives an unusual taste that will be remembered for a long time by everyone who tastes this naturally smoked trout
Smoked for 12 hours, this is a very light , mild -tasting , juicy fish.
