Ingredients: Salted Atlantic herring fillet at least 60%, (food salt, preservative: antioxidant - sodium citrate, flavor enhancer - monosodium glutamate, dextrose, stabilizer - glucone delta-lactone, antioxidant - citric acid), marinade no more than 40% (drinking water, sugar, acidity regulator - acetic acid, lactic acid, malic acid, preservative - sodium benzoate), spices.
Atlantic herring - Clupea Harengus harengus, caught in the North-East Atlantic by FAO 27 trawls or nets. May contain wheat flour.
If the product is not consumed immediately, store the product in the refrigerator from
-2°C to 6°C in a closed container and use within 72 hours after opening.
